Dr. Omer Nazir brings expertise in critical management studies and social change to Kingston International Business College. With a Ph.D. in Management from Massey University, he specializes in organizational evolution, technology ethics, and contemporary business issues. His research focuses on urgent societal challenges including modern slavery and technology’s socio-economic impact. Dr. Nazir’s Socratic teaching approach encourages critical thinking and challenges conventional ideas, while his policy analysis experience and peer-reviewed publications enrich the academic environment for graduate students.
